ALICE project partners at the wastewater treatment plants in Murcia, Spain! 

As part of the ALICE project knowledge exchange, during the 3-day meeting in Murcia in June 2018, project partners had the opportunity to visit two wastewater treatment plants, Los Alcázares and San Pedro, managed by ESAMUR, where more than 95% of water is reused for irrigation purposes. Mr Pedro Simon, the technical director of ESAMUR, explained the innovative technologies used and provided partners an idea of the performances of the plants visited, as well as the benefits for the Region of Murcia.
